Supervisor: Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Complete dispatcher duties including, but not limited to, scheduling and communicating with sub-vendors, tracking service/project materials, checking technicians in and out and completing assorted administrative tasks as assigned.
Reports to and receives direction from assigned Service/Project Teams.
Personnel in all departments and sub-vendors, as directed.
Position Specifications and Requirements:
Two-to-four year related degree a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)
Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks
Experience in an IT organization a plus
Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, security systems a plus
