Supervisor: Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Complete project coordination duties including, but not limited to, scheduling and communicating with technicians, accurately ordering and tracking project materials, supporting project technicians on-site and communicating customer requirements.
Reports to and receives direction from assigned Project Manager and Projects Department Lead.
Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed.
Position Specifications and Requirements:
Two-to-four year related degree a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)
Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks
Experience in an IT organization a plus
Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, security systems a plus
