Supervisor: Senior Account Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Complete project manager duties including, but not limited to, overseeing project team, developing project execution plans, communicating accurately and effectively to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing project profitability, coordinating SOW and project development plans with the APS Engineering team, scheduling and communicating with technicians, accurately ordering and tracking project materials, supporting project technicians on-site and communicating customer requirements.
Reports to and receives direction from Senior Account Manager.
Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed.
Position Specifications and Requirements:
Experience in an IT organization a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with cabling, fire/burg, phone and/or security systems a plus
Ability to work as part of a team
Good computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)
Two-to-four year related degree a plus
Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks
